Minarete al Mar, as its name suggests, has a charming roof terrace with views out to sea. The Roche beach is a hop, skip and a jump across the road, making this the ideal house for families looking to spend as much time as possible with their feet in the sand.
Rejas at the windows, a moorish roof, flamenco photos on the walls...there is no mistaking where you are. This is a bright and white uncluttered Andaluz beach house. The living area, kitchen, and three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor; and the first floor is home to the fourth bedroom with its bathroom and the splendid roof terrace. As you enter the house, you come straight into the spacious sitting room / dining room. There is a large dining table (seats eight comfortably) and a comfortable lounge area with TV. The stylish open fire heats the whole room, but there is also hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the ground floor. The kitchen opens on to the covered terrace and the adjoining pool area. All this faces south, and the pool gets the sun all day. The rest of the extremely well-kept garden gets a good mix of sun and shade and there is plenty of lawn for running around, or not!
The bedroom wing contains three bedrooms: one double with ensuite bathroom; and two twins that share a bathroom. The fourth bedroom on the first floor has its own small bathroom and an exit onto the roof terrace. The roof terrace is actually massive, with three different areas looking in different directions but with the sea visible from all of them. As for the sound of the waves, you hear this from the whole house!
