Casa Lola is far more than just a beach house: its finishings and furnishings are of the highest standard; and its situation, in the southeast corner of Roche, offers direct access on to the pine forest and unimpaired views over a carpet of green.

Within the exclusive residential area of Roche, the house is 1.2km from the fabulous Roche beach and also from the protected coves known as the Calas de Conil (there is actually a lovely walk through the forest to the latter, starting from your back gate). It is 700m to the local shop, pharmacy, bar, and tennis courts. Bikes are strongly recommended to get the most out of this house, for both cycling to the beach and for trips into the forest. We can help organise cheap rental if you require more. This is a house for those people looking for comfort and tranquility as well as sand and surf. As a beach house, Casa Lola really is a bit of a luxury; and its location in a cul-de-sac backing on to the forest is totally peaceful (at night, all you will hear are the owls, the nightingales, and the distant waves!). For those of us who live here, we know that this corner is Roche's best-kept secret!

It is a 10-minute drive into Conil. Jerez, Cádiz, and Tarifa can all be reached in less than 40 minutes, while Seville is about 90 minutes. The "white villages" of Vejer and Medina are just 20 minutes away.

Accommodation at Casa Lola is on two floors:

The house is built on two floors, following a significant extension and refurbishment a few years ago.

Ground floor: comprises of a luxury kitchen with traditional tiled floor and sunny breakfast area, a large open-plan sitting room and dining room, and a bedroom wing that contains 3 good-sized bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite), plus a w.c..

First floor: contains an even larger bedroom with its own bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom. Bathroom fittings, like those in the kitchen, are of the highest standard.

There is central heating and an open fire for the colder months.

Outside, there is a huge covered terrace for eating and sitting, along with a luxury BBQ. The terrace overlooks the pool (10x5m) and then out on to the forest beyond. The garden has plenty of lawn for playing.
