Casa Nogal is an ideal house for families travelling with children: located 200m from the playground and 400m from the beach, it has a large garden (1,250m2) and fenced pool.

The house sits on a quiet street in the heart of the Roche estate, close to all the local amenities (200m from bar, pharmacy, playground; and 400m from tennis courts and soccer and basketball areas). Built on one floor, with a small annex, it sleeps up to 9 in 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (the annex has a small single room and bathroom). The sitting/dining room has a large window overlooking the pool, and also opens onto a large covered terrace, with its own eating and sitting areas. From the outside, Casa Nogal may not be the prettiest house in our collection; but its main draws are its newly-built pool area and covered terrace, which are perfectly designed and positioned to take advantage of the local climatic conditions: the pool gets plenty of sun; and the terrace gets shade all day, except for at drinks time when the evening sun filters in through the pines! Nestled in close to the house, the pool and terrace are also well protected if there is any Levante wind, and there is a load of lawn space left (all visible from the house and terrace) for games!

The kitchen is small but well-equipped, with everything you will need. In the sitting room, there is large flat-screen TV (conveniently placed so it can be turned around and watched from the terrace!) with a selection of international channels available. There is a fixed-line broadband connection and a music system. There is off-road parking for two cars (although these can also be left on the street). The nearest beach access is 400m away, and includes a series of gentle steps down to the sand (all 8km of it!)

Accommodation at Casa Nogal is on one floor:

The single floor has the kitchen and living area at one end and the bedroom wing at the other. The latter contains two double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), two twin bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The kitchen has a bar that opens through to the sitting/dining room, which in turn opens on to the large covered terrace and fenced pool beyond. The covered terrace has an eating area and a relaxing area, and there is a mobile BBQ. The sitting/dining room has a nice fireplace for the cooler months. The annex, which is separated from the main house by a small pathway and is accessed from the garden, contains a small single bedroom and separate shower room, which is useful for sandy beachcombers!
