Casa Perdiz
Retro-Mediterranean refurbishment completed in 2025, providing a lovely combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Facing due south and with just enough pines to filter the perfect amount of light onto the pool and surrounds, Casa Perdiz is a wonderful option for groups looking for a bit of style from their beach house.
The open-plan living space (kitchen, dining area, and sitting room) opens directly onto the outdoor living area (covered with adjustable awnings in the summer) and the superb pool. It is the perfect beach house design, and it is just as well the beach (400m walk) is so beautiful or you might be tempted to spend all your days here! The ground floor is also home to the main bedroom, with its own bathroom and dressing room, which also looks over the pool. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor. There, you have one more double and two twins, and these share 2 bathrooms.
There is a basement with a pool table and ping pong table. And via a small staircase in the pool area you reach a suntrap terrace above the main bedroom. At the front of the house (facing north) there is another small terrace in full shade, perfect for the hotter summer weeks. We believe Casa Perdiz is going to be very popular with groups who are looking for a good communal space but also the option of some private corners.
A walk of about 400m will take us to the local shop, pharmacy, a couple of bars and restaurants, and childrens’ playground. Roche also has its own tennis and padel courts and five-a-side football pitches. In the summer months, there are several beach bars/restaurants to choose from within walking distance, some of which are now staying open all year. A 5-minute drive will then provide you with a far larger selection of both bars and restaurants. The area offers an endless list of activities, information on which you will find here on our website, our Instagram and on our Facebook page. And if you book with us, we provide you with detailed information on all our recommendations, details on local amenities, and our up-to-date guide to the best of everything! You could spend a wonderful holiday here without a car, and just hire bikes; but, assuming you will have a car, it’s 15 minutes to Conil, 20 minutes to the hill-top village of Vejer-de-la-Frontera, 30 minutes to Cadiz, 40 minutes to Tarifa and Jerez, and 90 minutes to Seville, all of which are well worth visiting.
