We had a fantastic stay at Casa Rocio in early June. The house itself is extremely spacious and very comfortable . It's only a short 5 -10 minute walk to 'La Barossa' where there are some really nice restaurants serving excellent local food at very good value prices. A pleasant promenade takes you further down the beach to even more beachside restaurants , all walkable . You can get to the beach itself in 5-10 minutes on foot . 
Andrew and Maria were really helpful before and during our stay , giving us good advice and recommendations. They helped us sort out bicycle hire which i would recommend. They also helped organise surfing lessons which were great fun . We will definitely be returning.
