I believe we were the family to stay at this property following the owners decision to move away and rent through Dos Xtremos. On arrival we met with Andrew who was most helpful, walked us through the house and gave us some very useful information on the immediate area as we know the rest of the coats pretty well. we had a couple of teething problems in the first few days, called Andrew and all was resolved in a professional and timely fashion (which must be said is very rare for Spain!).
In a nut shell, we have been visiting this coast for over 15 years and this was by far the best property we have rented with a great service through Dos Xtremos. It has direct access to the beach, all the mod cons you are use to back in the UK as well as a very homely feel. the location is a bit of a distance to the rest of the coast we are used to but there is more than enough locally to fill a full fortnight. the beach I would consider as one of the best on the coast and with a great range of restaurants from up market to traditional chiringuitos with prices to match. 
I dont really have anything negative to say other than the garden isn't fully private from the neighbors. This doesn't cause a problem as you are always on the beach and the neighbors are fine but I have 4 boys so was always conscious that they made too much noise or kicking the ball into next doors garden would, at some point, become irritating. luckily this never happened.
Would we visit again? - yes certainly
Would we use Dos Xtremos again? - yes certainly (their properties always offer something different and fun in great locations
