Das Haus ist perfekt für große Gruppen-7 Schlafzimmer gilt es zu vergeben. Dabei ist jedes Zimmer super eingerichtet, auch mit TV. Die Abende verbringt man selbstverständlich draußen am Esstisch, an dem bequem 14 Leute sitzen können. Optimal für Kinder: Der Blick auf den großen Pool ist wundervoll, der Weg ist jedoch mit einem Zaun gesichert. 

Being 10min away from the mass tourism Roche is a great and secure area with private villas, wonderful pine trees and a playground with a cafe attached - very relaxing for parents - cafe con leche in the sun. Cadiz, Seville and Vejer are great spots as well as Jerez. We will definitely come back and will book with Andrew Dos Xtremos.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten alles, was uns wichtig ist, Natur, Kultur, ruhige Umgebung, Danke an den Vermieter, der uns persönlich am Abreisetag verabschiedete.

For almost two weeks in September 2103, we enjoyed the wonderful location and atmosphere of Golmar 13. The house itself offered us everything we were looking for; loads of rural character, big rooms on both floors, good beds, fully equipped kitchen and, above all, fantastic views of the sea and coastline. The weather was very good to us, so we spent several days in the garden, reading, relaxing and enjoying the very quiet and peaceful setting.

Just wanted to say big thanks for everything to Andrew, me and my friends really enjoyed our staying in Roche! Villa is very nice having everything you may need for a very good holiday! Will highly recommend it to our friends and hope to come next year
