Looking forward to next year when we will return without fail!

As a well seasoned traveler, I have had the pleasure & displeasure to stay in many places all around the world. This is more than a five star hotel, this is a rare treat. This house is all you can wish for. 

Perched high on the cliffs, with breathtaking views of the Galician coastline, Golmar 13 is more than just a 'home from home'. This beautifully restored house oozes charm and character. From the moment you enter the property you feel a sense of calm and relaxation. Wood burning fire, large comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, books galore and large comfortable bedrooms.
 

We loved the pool area and garden. Lots of sun! Very confortable house. Good kitchen. That's nice when you have to cook for many people.            

We had a relaxing holiday with our one-year-daughter feeding the neighbor´s sheep and eating wild strawberries from the back yard. Hiking and jogging in the eucalyptus forests was fun. The house had a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, we had a good time having friends stay with us (6 adults and 5 children at the most).

Wir waren bereits dreimal mit der ganzen Familie,d.h. mit zwei Kinder unter 6 Jahren, den Eltern und Großeltern für 3 Wochen in Casa Almadraba und werden im Herbst alle wieder hinfliegen. Davon abgesehen waren wir, die Eltern auch schon einmal eine Woche allein im Januar dort. Das hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir es dieses Jahr gleich wiederholen. 

We absolutely loved this villa. We were a large family group, including two small children, so had a wide range of needs, but Casa Almadraba fitted the bill perfectly. Everyone enjoyed the lovely pool, which was a good size and well maintained, and the shaded pool-side area was a great place to sit and relax. We made good use of the garden barbeque and ate our evening meals around the patio dining table - wonderful! There are so many separate spaces around the house and garden, that even with a group of 10 it was easy to find a bit of peace and tranquility when needed, and yet still big enough and well equipped to get everyone together. 
 

Como siempre todo muy bien. ¡ Volveremos otra y otra vez!

Perfect house for two families (USA and UK). Thank you for your help with cleaning lady and cook. Great to have a good internet connection as I had to work.
