The house is in the perfect location close to the beach (which is probably the best in the Cadiz coast) and has beautiful gardens surrounding with some shaded places under the pine trees for hot days.

Roche is one of the hidden treasures of Spain with arguably one of the best beaches in Spain (I am Spanish myself).

We loved the house which is very well designed and equipped, there was lots of space both indoors and outside. The choice of terraces for sun or shade was great and both the garden and pool very attractive and beautifully maintained. The location was very quiet with a pine forest behind the villa, such a great place to relax and unwind and yet within easy reach of the local beach. 

The house is well appointed and had everything we needed with a nice shaded area for eating outside and a great pool. The property is just next to the beach and is quiet and well equipped. Highly recommend.

The house is beautifully designed and thought out for relaxing and really enables a large group to enjoy the space. 

The house is really homely, full of character and very well equipped. It was clean and well maintained, as were the gardens and pool which were a highlight for us. 

Vacaciones inmejorables. Casa preciosa, trato exquisito, ubicación privilegiada... Sin duda, repetiremos!!

The villa is better than we thought it could be. Light spacious and comfortable. Stunning outside space and a truly wonderful pool.

The villa itself also surpassed our expectations. The living area is lovely, and very big, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. The pool and seating area are well kept and the garden is very big. We didn't have children with us but I imagine the large garden would be a big plus. We also loved the large table outside for group meals.
